Sales Representative

Who You Are:

The Sales Representative is responsible for growing business through inbound/outbound sales. Accomplished by actively seeking new sales opportunities, establishing strong customer relationships, building customer solutions, and closing sales. You are a strong team player who excels via collaboration with other team members in a company, and you enjoy helping to develop and execute engaging and unique sales strategies to successfully promote products and services to new and existing customers. You also are adept at engaging customers in a meaningful dialog with the predominant focus being on how to help best help them achieve their goals. What Will You Do?

  • Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with and leverage internal and external sales, technical, and service partners to build an opportunity pipeline and close deals.
  • Conduct technical/consultative selling via phone and video conferencing.
  • Work with customers to provide technical guidance, present benefits, and solutions in a way that addresses their needs, and guide them through product selection.

Scientific Instrumentation Technician

Who you are:

The Scientific Instrumentation Technician is responsible for the installation and service of Ambilabs ambient and environmental air pollution monitoring and measurement equipment, both remote and onsite throughout the United States. Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the operation and maintenance of scientific measurement instrumentation. You will have the ability to work and learn independently and be willing to make best judgment decisions in an operational setting. You will have a mechanical aptitude, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a knowledge base that includes the scientific principles of air measurement, pneumatics, electrical and electronics, computing, and network skills. Through collaboration with other team members in our company, you will also help to develop client relationship strategies that not only promote our products and services to new and existing clients but also support our clients by engaging in meaningful relationships with the predominant focus being on how we can help best help them.

What will you do?

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Ambilabs products and services and utilize this knowledge to successfully manage, deliver and enhance Air Quality Monitoring Projects for our clients.
  • System installation, servicing, and calibration and maintenance of Ambient and Environmental Air Pollution Monitoring and Measurement Equipment.
  • Utilizing various tools and techniques, build customized instrumentation projects.
  • Travel to customer sites and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensuring sufficient equipment/spares are on hand to attend to most foreseeable failures.
  • Provide ongoing customer support for existing projects
  • Engage clients on how to improve existing customer projects and pass this to the regional manager for potential proposals
  • Demonstrate initiative in finding solutions to clients’ ambient air monitoring challenges
  • Perform Customer Training on all elements of products and environmental
  • Assist in meeting project management goals.

IT & Data Management Technician

As the IT and Data Management Technician you will play a key role in managing the data accuracy, validation, and reporting for these clients. Partnering with Senior Project Managers to understand, improve, automate data reporting software and technologies. Additionally, with support from our Network Administrator, you will be the primary contact in office for all IT related issues. Through collaboration with other team members in our company, you will help to develop client relationship strategies that not only promote our products and services to new and existing clients but also support our clients by engaging in meaningful relationships with the predominant focus being on how we can best help them.

What will you do?

  • Manage IT inventory & employee hardware log
  • Collaborate with the company Network Administrator to manage desktop user support, software updates, and new employee onboarding and set-up.
  • Perform biweekly updates and restarts of the server
  • Partner with the company Network Administrator to troubleshoot any server issues
  • Update and manage the IT Disaster Recovery Plan
  • Manage the company Telephone System
  • Manage and track technical contracts and renewals (subscription services)
  • Partner with the Network Administrator to ensure CMMC compliance
  • Act as the point of contact for the company CRM, Zoho.
  • Contribute to client’s networking needs on a project-by-project basis
  • Manage data downloads, reviews, validations, and reports for project site data and research & development projects
  • Document and organize Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
  • Weekly site visit to local clients, conduct site checks and monthly maintenance items of air monitoring instrumentation.

Working directly with the CEO & COO, the Financial Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate accounting, investing, banking, insurance, securities, and other financial activities to help the company achieve its business strategy.

  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Prepare Invoices
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Assist CPA with annual State and Federal tax return preparation
  • Prepare 1099 & 1046
  • Manage monthly and quarterly tax payments
  • Prepare adjusting journal entries.
  • Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
  • Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
  • Lead stock take
  • Prepare financial ad hoc reports and scheduled monthly reports, including cash flow reports and GM% reports.
  • Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment.

Administrative Assistant

This role will provide administrative support for our sales and technical teams in our busy main office in Rhode Island. This includes but is not limited to, supporting various sales initiatives, maintaining and updating customer records in CRM, compiling weekly & monthly sales reports, travel booking, and answering phones. Additionally, PowerPoint presentation creation, drafting letters, ad hoc reports, updating brochures and other literature, taking meeting minutes, and supporting all departments with administrative tasks as requested.

What will you do?

  • Prepare weekly Sales and ad hoc reports.
  • Enter new contacts in the company CRM database and pull reports as requested.
  • Manage travel arrangements and bookings for staff.
  • Manage office supply ordering, take meeting minutes and update agendas, and daily bank/post office run.
  • Manage sales initiatives, including, Conference registration, planning, and Organization, Conference marketing reach outs, marketing emails, company LinkedIn page, and customer appreciation/holiday mail-outs.
  • Liaise with IT to coordinate company website updates as required.
