Modular Enclosures

DETECT™ Micro, Mini, and Max Enclosures

The Ambilabs® DETECT™ line of climate-controlled enclosures reduces power consumption with a modular design that adapts as your monitoring needs change — engineered and manufactured in the USA.

Ambilabs DETECT™ Micro, Mini, and Max enclosure models together

Climate-controlled enclosure systems for ambient air monitoring applications.

DETECT™ enclosures are designed to house and support instrumentation used in ambient air monitoring applications, including CO, NO2, O3, PM, SO2, BTEX, H2S, CO2, NOx, NH3, VOCs, black carbon, calibration equipment, and other site-specific instrumentation.

Each enclosure can be configured around the monitoring application, analyzer package, power requirements, HVAC needs, sample manifold layout, pump cabinet setup, and field deployment requirements.

Flexible Custom ambient air monitoring configurations
Efficient Lower power and HVAC demand
Deployable Flexible deployment options for any site

Built for analyzer protection, service access, and field installation.

DETECT™ systems support compact ambient monitoring sites, fixed station installations, emergency deployments, and custom analyzer configurations.

Configurable

Monitoring Layout

Configured for analyzers, particulate monitors, UPS units, keyboards, displays, and site-specific monitoring needs.

Durable

Insulated Construction

Powder-coated marine-grade aluminum construction with 2″ insulation helps maintain stable temperature-controlled operation.

Sampling

Manifold Integration

Each model includes a 1.5″ FNPT top fitting for sample manifold integration and ambient air monitoring configurations.

Serviceable

Separate Pump Cabinet

A separate pump cabinet helps reduce heat inside the temperature-controlled analyzer space and improves service access.

Three enclosure sizes for different ambient monitoring packages.

DETECT™ enclosures are available in Micro, Mini, and Max configurations to support different analyzer counts, rack layouts, cylinder requirements, and field deployment needs. Each model can be configured around the monitoring application, available site space, service access, power requirements, and instrumentation package.

Review the model sections below to compare enclosure size, analyzer capacity, access layout, HVAC configuration, electrical service, and optional monitoring features.
